Get a fabulous skin just by eating right
It’s said that you are what you eat, that’s so right because whatever you eat has a direct effect on your skin. Have you ever noticed that pimples become your best friends when you have been eating oily and fried foods? Yes exactly that’s what I am talking about 🙂
Everyone wants a clear skin but if you are not eating right, no treatment or cream is going to help you in long run. Our skin renews constantly and younger cells replace the old cells. If a steady supply of important nutrients is given and your skin is getting all vital vitamins and minerals, a glow and soft and blemish-free skin is the result. You can get the glow just by adding detox water into your daily routine.
4-5 SERVINGS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
You should eat at least 4-5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day. Drink more water. Eat more vegetables that are rich in vitamins and include greens in your diet. You will feel the difference very soon.
NO CRASH DIETS PLEASE!
Don’t do any crash diet because it may help you in quick weight loss but you will lose your skin glow and freshness. Eat clean and eat right, your weight will take care of itself. All these crash diets are not going to help you if you want to remain healthy and young. Weight loss shouldn’t be the goal, fat loss and a healthier lifestyle should be the thing you need to focus on.
Don’t expect to see results overnight because it takes time for good things to happen, right? 😉 Just give your body some time and keep on working hard, do exercise, go for a walk, eat clean, drink more water, don’t hold grudges, stay happy and be kind. You will notice the results very soon. 🙂
